The village of Meadowvale became part of Mississauga in 1968.  New development over the last 5-7 years has pushed the Westerly boundary of Meadowvale over to 9th Line.

It was developed as a family neighbourhood around a series of trails and parks which connect to 2 man made lakes, Aquitaine and Wabukayne.  With established neighbourhoods, schools and infrastructure it remains a popular area of Mississauga for families.

For Commuting to Toronto there is the Meadowvale GO station.

Homes in Meadowvale range from condominium apartments, condominium townhouses, freehold townhouses, semi-detached and detached with prices starting at just over $110,000 for an older condo apartment to over $550,000 for some of the new homes built recently.
