
Located on the banks of the picturesque Credit River, Streetsville, originally settled in 1819 became a village in 1858.
Officially a town in 1974 when Mississauga was incorporated as a city, Streetsville along with several other smaller towns was amalgamated with the newly formed city.
Today the village atmosphere has been preserved along with many of the historical buildings. Take a walk along and around Main street and you will discover a thriving business district offering modern day services in yesterdays atmosphere.

Just off Bristol Road to the East you will find the Credit River. Here you can run, jog, bike, rollerblade or simply take a stroll along the river.
On your way back stop by Murphys ice cream store on Bristol Road and........well you know what to do next.

If you need to get to Toronto the GO station is located on Thomas Street.

Housing in Streetsville tends to be detached homes on large lots with a price range starting about $475,000 to over $750,000, although less expensive townhouses, condominiums and small bungalows can still be found in limited quantities.
